Kristian joined Baldwin properties in 2007 and is our lead Property Manager for the Greensboro area and Broker-In-Charge of our Greensboro Office. Kristian has been a licensed Broker since 2001 and is a member of the Greensboro Association of Realtors.
Kristian is married with 3 children. He is an active member of Grace Methodist Church.
He has lived in Greensboro for a total of 26 years and is a Graduate of Grimsley High School and Appalachian State University.
