History
The Baldwin Companies were founded in 1928 as W.F. Baldwin, Realtors by William Frazier Baldwin, the grandfather our current company President Lou Baldwin. Lou Baldwin is proud to carry on the tradition of his grandfather and his father, Louis Baldwin, Sr. who served as company president from 1964 to his retirement in 1988. Louis Baldwin, Sr. was inducted into the Thomas Lambe, Jr. Hall of Fame of the Winston-Salem Association of Realtors in 1998 and passed away in 2003.
