 Randy is a Broker and Vice President of the Property Management Division with The Baldwin Companies. His 23 years of experience in property management, investment sales and ownership of investment property has led to significant opportunities in management and investment sales of residential single and multi family units as well as commercial properties. With a management portfolio consisting of approximately 400 properties, Randy has developed a unique “eye” for recognizing the right opportunity for his investment clients.
