Welcome Doug Barker, CPM

We are extremely pleased to welcome Doug Barker as a Senior Property Manager in our High Point Office. Doug holds the designation Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real estate Management and has over 28 years experience in professional property management.

Derrick Spice, a recent graduate of Wake Forest University, has joined us as a Property Manager and Commercial/Investment Sales Agent in the Winston-Salem Office. Derrick has also recently completed an intensive internship with our company.

Doris Thompson has joined our High Point Team as a Customer Service Representative and Summer Hartley is a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative in the Winston-Salem Office. Joyce Einhorn is the receptionist in the High Point Office and Alvin Truell has joined us as an Accounting Assistant.

Jason Severt has been awarded the designation Certified Property Manager-Candidate by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Lou Baldwin received several honors in 2005 including being named "Federal Political Coordinator of the Year" by the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR). NCAR also honored Lou with the prestigious "Regional Service Award". Additionally Lou was named one of the "50 Most Influential People in the Triad" by The Business Journal.

Nissen Building Redevelopment Completed

Our company is proud to have played a major role in the recruitment of Historic Restoration, Inc. to Winston-Salem for the $30 million redevelopment of The Nissen Building in Downtown, Winston-Salem. The historic18 story office building has now been converted into 145 luxury apartments and over 10,000 s/f of street level commercial space. Baldwin Commercial Properties handles the marketing and leasing of the commercial space. We are pleased to welcome the first commercial tenant, The Mellow Mushroom Restaurant, which opened January 16th.
