- Fill out an application for a lease. The application fee is a non-refundable $30. You can print the application on line and come in with it filled out to save time .
- Wait for your application to be approved
- Sign a lease
- Move into and enjoy your new rental property
- Sign up for auto debit payment so you don't have to spend your time mailing in or dropping off a rent check
How do I check out a key to view one of your Triad Rental Properties?
- Find the complete address (street number and city) of the rental property you are interested in .
- Go to the Baldwin office closest to the rental property. Guildford County rental property keys are obtained in our Greensboro/ High Point Office. Forsyth County rental property keys can be obtained in Winston-Salem.
- Keys are checked out for 24 hours.

- A $20 deposit and government issued ID are required for key checkout.
What is the security deposit for your Triad Rental Properties, Apartments, or Homes for Rent?
- Security deposit on all rental properties, apartments, or homes for rent are equal to one months rent UNLESS otherwise noted.
Can you hold a rental property for me until I arrive in town in a couple months?
- We can NOT hold rental properties.
- If desired, you can sign the lease and begin rental payments to secure the desired property until you arrive in town.
I'm looking at a Baldwin rental property, is it rent-to-own?
- None of the properties are rent-to-own UNLESS noted. If applicable, it would state that it is rent-to-own in the details section on the individual rental property page.
Do you have Greensboro homes for rent?
- Yes, we have Greensboro homes for rent. In fact, we have homes for rent all over the Triad including Winston-Salem homes for rent and High Point homes for rent. We also have Greensboro apartments.
Do you have homes for rent, apartments, or condos that I can lease month to month or less than a year?
- Generally, all our Triad homes for rent, apartments, and condos rent for one year. There are a few exceptions. Check the detailed page to the rental listing. The lease will be one year, UNLESS specifically mentioned in the details page.
Do you have any Greensboro apartments?
- We have apartments all around the Triad including Greensboro apartments, High Point apartments, and Winston-Salem apartments. We also have Greensboro homes for rent.
I see a house for rent on your web site, is it still available?
- Yes, ALL homes, apartments, and condos listed on our web site are immediately available for rent and move in UNLESS otherwise noted.
What is the Square Footage of this rental property?
- It is Baldwin Property's policy not to give out square footage of our rental homes and apartments. We require all potential tenants to view the rental property prior to signing a lease to have adequate understanding of their utilization of that specific square footage area.
