Maintenance
In accordance with your residential rental agreement all non-emergency requests are to be made in writing. You may come by our offices during normal office hours, mail in your request or visit our web page www.baldwinco.com. for an online form.
Emergency maintenance issues (fires, floods, etc.) can be made via our main switchboard 336-768-7680, option 4. During office hours, use option 3. After office hours, dial 1 for Winston-Salem, 2 for High Point & Greensboro, and 3 for College Village. Please stay near your phone so a staff member can speak with you before dispatching someone.
